Not keeping your body clean opens yourself up to infection. Not only that, but it makes you smell bad. So do everyone a favor, and keep your body clean. If not for your health, then do it for everyone else.

Mostly it affects the health of your back, but that is still something that is pretty important to protect. One good way to help protect the health of your back is to sleep with a pillow between your legs. This will keep your knees from resting on each other (which will help bad knees), and it will place your back in the correct position. Not only that, but it will help to take a lot of pressure off your hips, which is a problem that a lot of people have nowadays.

The warning is this, you could be damaging your skin! You see, makeup clogs up the skin on your face and actually makes you break out more. A lot of doctors say that too much makeup can actually lead to having more wrinkles when you get older. If you are looking to take care of your skin, use a light foundation for your makeup. Give your skin a chance to breath like mother nature intended.
